One additional idea I would love to add is maybe encouraging with business leaders, some type of RP involving a job fair occasionally. That way newcomers to DE (and old timers also), know what are the newest places available and who are the owners/managers that run them. Sweetie, you are doing what you need to do and that is what is most important. SL isn’t going anywhere and we will all be here. Take care of yourself first and SL is secondary, if at times, even third or etc, depending on what you have going. Just focus on you right now :D.

Now it wouldn’t be a good time due to it being winter. Late Spring, going into Summer would be better.

Yeah that would be totally up for grabs on who would be able to take it over.
