I am writing this in support of Kyo. He is an awesome admin and I think about with how much class and dignity he handles everything so well, that it really bothers me when he is gone for extended periods of time and the thought of all the work he has to catch up on when he gets back. Personally, I do not think it’s fair to him and yet, when he does come back, he still will handle it all with style. I respect him so much.

However, I would love to see him have additional support when he is gone for extended periods of time so when he gets back he is not overwhelmed and can come back to a relatively calmer situation and doesn’t have to play catch up. I know for myself working in management at various levels in RL it can be very stressful to be gone for extended periods of time and not have the assistance of an assistant to support you while you are gone. I would love to have him have someone that he can call on only during the times he is gone for extended periods of time to help him put out the small fires and maintain some of the order he has set in place.

Just an idea and he does not know that I wrote this for him. I just respect him so much as an admin and being on a few admin teams myself in the past, it can be a very stressful job at times and often underestimated especially when you do it as well as Kyo does; because he makes it seem so easy.
