Notice to Dismiss  and Vacate charges without prejudice
We are asking for an Immediate  dismissal of  all charges, based on the fact that Judge  Gale  should have recused herself from this matter,  as the charges are listened… the judge is a victim or a key witness…  .  The  charges may be filed  at a later   time as this  request is made without prejudice , the arrest report is attached
