I put some thought over the weekend as to how new and existing players can best discover mentors. I’m proposing the following changes:

• Overhaul the “Live Help” page on the website to include a statement at the top indicating that help with griefers should be obtained by opening up in-world group chat (Deadend No Escape Kidnap Roleplay OR Dead End OOC) and requesting for help there.
• Lay out the page to only show online Mentors, Moderators, and GM/Admins
• In order to track mentors on the website, I will be creating an official mentors group in-world and on the web. Mentors will be a group made up of both security and non-security members. I’m hoping to find a lead for this group soon; mostly hoping to identify one from the people who join after observing their activity.
• I need add information about who to contact for rentals and land; I also want tenants to have the ability to re-invite themselves.
• I’m working on an abuse report portal for more complex issues; basically, registered players who are having irreconcilable issues with other players can submit an abuse report to me directly; I will then assign it to an admin best fit to handle the case, or make judgment on it myself.

Overall, the “Live Help” page should serve as an easy-to-understand page where someone could contact anyone on there for help being pointed in the right direction.

Thoughts? I'd love to know what you think would make the live help page more effective.
