I do love the idea! I believe that the Icky Mart can help with food and other supplies prior to the storm.
Maybe cooperate with possible shelters to stock up on emergency supplies (food & drinks, lights, batteries and so on)

I hope that I will be the new manager at the Icky although it is a hard business to keep running or so I’ve heard and seen as there hasn’t been anyone willing to take the chance in a while. And thank you for the applause!
