BACKGROUND: I would try to build this business up again and make it interesting for other players to come in for regular sales of products and seasonal sales, bringing in some new products and and maybe make some deals with other businesses for sponsorship or something alike. Another idea is maybe product tests for some customers? To make new employees feel incuded I would personally teach him/her the ropes and have some perks for the employee to feel included and check in regularly on him/her. When it come to management for my character, she has hands on experience with people and has worked in similar leadership roles earlier, but never in DE. And this would both develop both her and the business.

UNIQUE: The business would get a whole new perspective, nice employees and there are no other stores that I know about in DE that sells all these products at the same place

EXPERIENCE:I have 3 years experience working in stores and I have been leading a small business for a year. With the hands on experience working with customers personally, which makes it easier to work with employees.

IDEAS:I would encourage new players that have an interest in trying out customer service or players that are after a job to try out something that isn't in a bar. I would also encourage everyone positively to come and check it out and maybe explain how easy it could be.

OTHER:I would reopen the store maybe redone the store and have a huge sale and maybe work together with another business and have a party. I would use products that we sell in the store for the party and maybe have music.
