After numerous sim crashes and griefer problems regarding vehicles, I have decided to limit vehicles to paid permit holders only.

For $600L/wk, a limited number of paid vehicle permit holders will not only be allowed to drive a vehicle in the city, but also leave it out rezzed when they are offline. There are guidelines around what can be driven and how one is to keep it out - this is all now located here: http://deadend.sl/vehicle

Paid permit holders will be easily identified by staff and they can return other vehicles. We have plenty of roads now, and especially with the new expansion, where folks can park and navigate through the city despite the narrow roads.

The only authorized vehicle that does not require a permit is the shared ambulance and firetruck located and secured in the DEFD.
