Dead End Police Department Incident Report

DEMH Trauma Ward

Officers Attending:
Officers Snow and Lei

Alleged Offense Committed:
DPC-409. Trespass

Further Action:
Suspect was resisting arrest verbally, refused to come downstairs when asked. Maybe be under the influence or mentally unstable.
Suspect was taken to the station, questioned, and released.

Victim:
DEMH Medical Personnel

Suspect:
Byank Spore - ID Shown

Witnesses:
Dr. O'Donnell, several nurses and victims of a recent attack.

Evidence Recovered:
Found alleged trespasser at the scene.

Summary of Events:
Responded to a 911 call regarding a trespasser. Arrived on scene moments before Officer Lei. The trespasser was laying in a bed, claiming to be injured and demanding medical attention and refused to leave. She verbally resisted being removed from the location and resisted arrest verbally, though did not physically contest. She was escorted from the premesis and taken to the police station. Arresting officer determined her to be confused and harmless, she was released without charges, though informed that if it occurs again she will not be given lenience.
