Hey all... Just a wee note for all and sundry to advise of the Rookie inductions will be regularly lined up for a Saturday.. we have Myself, Sgts Asuka Bellic and Martina Kells all able to carry out an induction for the benefit of a rookie.. these can be anywhere from 30 mins of IC work (reading notes and a pop quiz) to 2 hours if the full class is needed (rookies will be assessed on a case by case basis), and are intended to cover any required timezone. Its - in my opinion, great to do it in character too.. a much better intro to the people you're dealing / working with and reporting to..

Geo (Georgia Beorn) is SLT +19
Asuka (Asuka12 Bellic) is GMT so umm SLT +8 (?)
Marty (Martinakells Resident) is EST - SLT +3

So.. sing out if you want / need the Intro to PD.. Its a short-ish set of guidelines designed to help get rookies up and running just as soon as is possible..
By the way - this doesnt preclude ad-hoc on-boarding sessions being done..

also.. for the record.. I need rookies to report into me when they report for duty - even if its dropping me an IM - which I'll pick up via email- so I can change Entry status on the web based Roster...

As always.. feel free to ask questions, suggest improvements and offer up feedback to the induction process.. or any other PD process for that matter.. I still maintain my philosophy of "the only stupid question is the one you didnt ask"

I'm not around too much atm (RL my folkes are visiting me from halfway across the globe), but trying to be around to check in, promote, RP and induct as much as i can...
