I cant get a picture to upload for my profile here. Everytime I try I get this msg:
The selected file /tmp/Nikol_001.jpg could not be uploaded, because the destination sites/default/files/pictures/picture-2447.jpg is not properly configured.
Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist or is not writable.

The pic is 132 X 150 and only 19 KB
