I've ignored this for quite awhile now because I didn't want to make a big deal out of it...and while it's not a big deal, I do notice it and it comes up frequently in RP in the form of rhymes that don't rhyme and people trying to poke fun of pronunciation and it doesn't really make sense...so I thought I'd clarify...

The name is spelled Deus....e before u. It is pronounced "DAY-us", Short for Amadeus

So, nothing is due...it doesn't sound like douche...and it's not Deuce either 😀
