Mojo came from a wealthy family. Never had to work for a thing. He always pushed his boundaries with society from the law to his parents, He walks the razer's edge but always seems to stay out of trouble most likely due to his parents influence. He went off to college and was a straight A student despite his excessive partying.. He never went to class expect for tests and lived the life of a rockstar especially with the endless amounts of money his parents supplied him with. After 10 years he completed his college years with a PhD in chemistry specializing in pharmaceuticals.. After some extensive research on the Internet he decided his destination city was Dead End. It has all the makings of an Amsterdam yet much closer. A high crime rate, excess seedy dark streets and corners hiding everything from drugs to human trafficking. He needed a place to test his drugs under a hidden vail and he figure most any bad effects could be written off in this city;
