Come on by the bar to get a taste of our new drink of the month, the Bleeding Heart Martini!
If you want to make one for yourself at home, here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1/4 Dry Vermouth
¾ Premium Gin
Ice Cubes
Pickled Baby Beet
Cocktail Skewer

Directions:
Pour Vermouth into a Chilled Martini Glass, swirling to coat it entirely. Add Gin and Ice to Cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled, add to glass. Garnish with a skewered pickled baby beet and serve.

The Beet gives a bleeding heart effect into the drink. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!
