Pink Bunny

1½ oz. Gin
½ oz. Simple Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon juice
2 dashes of crème de framboise or
grenadine (for color)
White of a small egg
Pink Marshmallow Bunny

Combine all ingredients into a shaker to emulsify the egg white, shake. Add ice, shake again and strain into a cocktail glass. Place Marshmallow bunny on rim and enjoy!
