So I had an idea not too long ago about hosting an event in Dead End. Some of you are aware I was part of SL Wrestling here on Second Life for a time. I contacted Bean about this idea and she liked it so I thought I'd share it with the rest of you to get your input and feed back.

Now I know everyone has an opinion on Gestures. Some can get pretty damn annoying, but the Wrestling Gestures are actually animations that mimic real wrestling moves you would see on WWE and TNA on television. They come with a HUD known as NexGenV and it allows you to actually battle your opponent using a more visual experience rather than the simple and familiar text that we all use.

Now this isn't me suggesting everyone start using this regularly when a fight breaks out between your characters. This would mainly be for events being hosted by myself or even Bean. Maybe a few others who may find this interesting and want to give it a try.

Now IF you are one those few who are interested, I'm more than happy to start training people to use the HUD/Gestures and learn the basics. Naturally it's going to take practice to nail it but it's a lot easier than it sounds. With enough people joining in on the fun we can start hosting regular events all over Dead End and bring something new, engaging and fun to the RP. Winners would be predetermined, much like Dion Lambert's fight night at the Jade and match cards be made between opponents. It's fairly simple.

I'm hoping for some positive feed back but accept all manners of criticism as well.
