Faerie Lindleysaid<b>The Hellcats</b> TYPE: Motorcycle Club MEMBERS: Lextalia Resident, Mewtastic Resident BACKGROUND: Background: The Hellcats were born as an outlaw motorcycle club the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. they gained notoriety around the city for running the meth and heroin trade as well as controlling large portions of the lower income portions of the city. at the time they were an entirely a female identified gang. Founding member and club president Dee narrowly escaped a DEA raid on their drug trade, with a large majority of the MC being sent to federal prison the club was broken and disbanded opting the nomad life. With some like minded people at her back she began to think the time was right to try to found another charter, only this time branch out from being solely an Mc. instead of just gear heads and brawlers she wants to bring others with varied talents into the Hellcats. Ranks other than leader ship would be based on role in the gang. brains, brawn, and beauty. The club would be in competition with other groups for the same slice of of various pies, providing muscle, drug trade (I plan to have the MC focus on prescription drugs), kidnapping, brutal public beat downs, information brokering, robbery and extortion. Uniqueness: The Hellcats will be highly visible by being encouraged to wear their Cuts (biker vest), especially those providing muscle. They wear their affiliation openly and take pride in their ‘work’. While they may provoke fights they are not out to cause random chaos. Their legitimate income will be provided by the (pending) army surplus store, they will provide a legal means to get hands on legal weapons. Most dealers in Dead End seem to focus on the illicit drug trade which is why I want the club to focus on dealing in Rx drugs. Also there isn’t any other biker gangs. Allies: Even though I listed some above above I can potentially see the Hellcats working with them as well. though I can see them possibly working well with the bandits because of similar interests, random acts of violence. Other: In additional to the group ranks they will have patches for deeds in the name of the club. these are based on devil sigils. one of which is the Belial patch. this may lead to people to believe they may be affiliated with the cult or piss off the Adherents. Tag/Symbol the tag is just HELLCATS in a red over a black background. the gang symbol, which Dee currently wears on her vest, it is a red devilcat face over a pair of pitchforks on a spiderweb background. Ranks: President: Leader VP: 2nd in command Hellcat: Brawn group Black Cat: Brains group Minx: Beauty group (this may change if there are male members) Prospect: Prospective members UNIQUE: Business Proposal: Ground Zero Army Surplus Background: I am proposing to open an army surplus store in Dead End location I am looking at would be the old So Long Pig location. Just to be clear this shop will not stock items which are banned for use in Dead End. Ground Zero will provide clothing, packs, used military electronics, parachute cord, rope, m.r.e.’s, as well as weapons (knives, brass knuckles, bats, clubs, stun guns, police batons, (ie the approved weapons for the sim). The above listed items would be sold openly in the store front, this may lead to issues with the police. As this will be a front business for the proposed Hellcats gang , back room deals would cover the illegal operations (mostly the sale of the Rx meds) Unique: There is currently no business in de which openly sells weapons, clothing, or items which could be used for nefarious purposes. the criminal orgs may sell these things but not as an underground function, while this may undercut some of their blackmarket deals it can lead to more conflict between factions. again I am stressing I am not looking to bring in banned items. RP Possibilities: can help newcomers that need to arm themselves and existing players who need some new gear or last minute rope for the kidnapping you are about to comit. employees would be interviewed to be potential employees/prospect gang members. Experience: I have had experience with running businesses in rp sims. in heretic pass I ran the hard tail garage, hellcat ink, and the club which name eludes me at this time. in toxia I organized and managed the renegades import business. there are confirmed members of the gang also have experience running on sims businesses as well. FLAW: The biggest flaw would be operating openly and making no secrets about their violent nature and the willingness to be confrontational. POTENTIAL ENEMY: The police for sure, I envision having conflict with the ddd and syndicate over turf/business. with wanting to push into the drug and extortion racket this could create strife with the DDDs, Anjel’s crew, and the Syndicate. The Hellcats may be seen as bad for business from a competition standpoint or violence causing police backlash on all criminal groups. EXPERIENCE:Experience: I have been roleplaying for over 20 year as a player and gm(table top and online). I have been guild leader on several different MMOs and assisted with organizing a clan. in Second Life I have lead the Virtuoso faction and a player created motorcycle gang in Heretic Pass as well as a business manager, mentor, and a GM. In Toxia I was the director of the renegades business dealings adding needed guidance and organization within this faction. for new players I know how hard it can be to feel like part of the RP community in Dead End. I try to engage new players to the sim to them feel welcome. in a role as a faction leader I would continue to assist new players to become acclimated to the sim. IDEAS:rp possibilities can help newcomers that need to arm themselves and existing players who need some new gear or last minute rope for the kidnapping you are about to commit. employees would be interviewed to be potential employees/prospect gang members. OTHER:The police for sure, I envision having conflict with the ddd and syndicate over turf/business. with wanting to push into the drug and extortion racket this could create strife with the DDDs, Anjel’s crew, and the Syndicate. The Hellcats may be seen as bad for business from a competition standpoint or violence causing police backlash on all criminal groups. |
