It's a general rule of thumb but i thought i'd say it just to hear other peoples thoughts. Not to arouse argument but to kind of hear everyones opinion on the topic of "should we role-play something we know absolutely nothing about". I noticed in a recent role-play that although with my knowledge of electronics i used that to counter my foe who seemed to just retort the impossible. We laughed about it and became friends but i thought it would just be something kind of witty to talk about. It's similar to a doctor fixing a broken leg with tape and glue, although we try our best to be as realistic as possible everyone isn't going to research what they say before they say/do it, but it's role-play and its for everyones enjoyment so who am i to go "thats not possible home boy" lol Just would like to hear others comments and similar experiences.
