BACKGROUND: Welcome to the Warehouse & Sub Shoppe. This is a dual business, which should be noted right away, however, it's a business within a business. The main business is the Warehouse. Which is a fitness center – read that carefully, don't mistake it, it's not a Gym. Boasting an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a workout area. This place is the place to come to hang out, have a bit of fun, or just mellow and hang in the pool. It also boasts an underground lair for the DEPD, which holds the DEPD Training Area, which the idea was thrown to Shade Manx and received her approval. It will have a badge required swipe door, which will allow law enforcement to go below into the Underhalf. Which is a training area for the DEPD, this area has target dummies for tasers (roleplayed only) and a private fighting area for DEPD training. This area will be passcode locked for the cops and those invited by cops only to give them a place to teach rookies. The main business also boasts an event area for anyone in the sim to use. Is your shop too small to throw the event you want? Are you getting married? Need a reception area or a place to hold the wedding? Having a birthday, just want to throw a party? Have a funeral? With Room for a large group The Event Hall is available for your use. The Secondary Business is the Sub Shoppe, the Sub Shoppe will be a rather simple place, a business within a business. A little place to stop and get a bowl of soup and a sub, or a nice salad and a cheap drink. It's designed so that people can hang out and watch the hotties in the pool, or eat and relax for a bit before you swim.

EXPERIENCE:The Warehouse & Sub Shoppe will have multiple owners, Owned by Rhyssa Prather, Siegfried Jameston (kern spore) and Jack Jameston (jackofalltradesbish resident (as the silent partner in the business as he wishes to focus on the DEPD)- we want to run an in character business in Dead End to help make a new fun place for people to roleplay in and create great stories.
