BACKSTORY: IC: Ravinna has been saving up with her friends to rent a place to set up a photo studio in DE. Their legitimate business involves various types of photography (products, landscape, commercial, portraits, couples, erotic, etc.) Behind the scenes, individual photographers have been hired to spy and record via photo and video, the interactions between certain faction members or cheating spouses. They are also surreptitiously hired out as delivery men, seeing as how they are all over town, running various errands and working different jobs on location. The floor level of the studio has a zen vibe with a table available to enjoy a cup of tea while waiting for appointments or viewing pictures. The basement level will be a studio space for portraits, and a quiet space to discuss any illicit business. OOC: Looking for a fun way to incorporate role play and my SL hobby into one cohesive unit. I'd like to offer affordable on-location profile pictures for people whom are interested in those services. I also think the studio will present a good option for newcomers to assimilate into the DE community. The positions available will have a lot of flexibility for all different types of roles, and gives a good reason to interact with other role players. Those who are uncertain about their back story, or their roles in DE will have a chance to explore in a more neutral position.

UNIQUE: The business will require its employees and patrons to be mobile across DEC. There are many businesses in Dead End that directly deal in crime, drugs, and sex, however the studio will skirt across all three without being a primary source. This means that the group members are prone to switching sides as they are hired out and are known by more people. This business will also provide an actual product, if desired.

EXP:I've been actively role playing in various types of groups/sims/webforums/irc/chatrooms since 2005. In SL, I have been active in the leadership of many groups. I've run several roleplaying groups, written out sim rules, rule notecards, Rp training of newcomers, mentoring, recruiting, etc. I'm easygoing, diplomatic, and I try to make things work for everyone since our goal in DE is to have fun and roleplay 🙂

IDEAS:We will be beautifying everyone's profile, one picture at a time! I also think that the flexibility in the role will provide many directions of roleplay and is very newbie friendly. I was toying with the idea of starting a DE tumblr/blog of different scenes from the city and possibly featuring fashionable avatars.
