BACKGROUND: One of the main things I'd like to focus on is getting new employees and getting them started off ICly rather then just NPCing most interviews and training, which I think is an important part of keeping people interested (no fun to just click a sign and figure it out yourself! For the people who want to do that though a Notecard would be made up). To increase traffic in the store I'd like to set up a weekly event, like having a half off day on a certain day of the week for example, with maybe something a little more once every month (drinking challenge, music etc). Dani would be an... interesting manager to say the least, since she tends to not care about something unless its actively irritating her, she would make sure things got done... with time, a good amount of time, which could make for some interesting RP.

UNIQUE: I'd like to keep active events happening as much as possible, and Dani tends to be drawn towards trouble, which could in the future make some interesting storyline involving the shop.

EXPERIENCE:I ran a faction in Insilico, and was the lead for the Diner in Outbreak before I left (also applied and was accepted for Hathian Motors, but had to give up the position because of RL issues), I'm very active and like to make sure things are flowing smoothly with the RP and that everyone is guided in the direction needed!

IDEAS:I tend to try RPing with people who are new to the SIM and get them started in a storyline, or at least just a basic scene to get them started, never hurts to throw in a "Jaded is hiring" somewhere in there! New people signing up to the buisness I'd have meet with Dani personally so she can get them set up and make sure they don't accidentally break something... or a lot of things.

OTHER:Probably the typical music, booze and maybe some drugs behind the scenes deal, following the rule 'Its not a good party unless the owner passes out'. I'm hoping for a chaotic yet fun night that'll leave at least a few people with a new storyline started. 😛
