BACKGROUND: I would love to take the business in the direction of being laid back, welcoming, and eager to please. I would have in store meetings, in store training, and would make sure that workers are doing the duties they had been assigned to do. Jace is a very self motivated person, and has always wanted to be a member of management or even the owner of his own business.

UNIQUE: I would love to host several different contests and get togethers, Motivated workers at Happy Endings is a must, and providing quality service to customers is also a must. The idea of being close and good friends with people who work at the same place being something Jace has always strived for. Monthly parties for workers at the shop is also another option, as everyone knows it not always easy to keep track of who all works with you. Jace is always looking for ways to improve on things, and is open to any ideas and suggestions anyone has.

EXPERIENCE::I feel as if I would be an awesome store manager, mainly because I love the extra responsibility, and I like the challenge. I am a very self motivated person. Ever since I had joined Dead End, I could always picture myself becoming a store manager of some sort of shop, and never really tried this hard up until now. I was the manager of Spunk at a certain point, and liked having the higher up role then just a regular worker. I also aim to please others, and enjoy making others happy.

IDEAS:I would love to engage new players on the sim by doing in store training on techniques with giving massages, and have as many in store meetings with workers as often as possible. Even if there isn't much to talk about at the meetings, it'd still be nice to plan out get togethers for everyone to meet eachother and know who their fellow co workers are :)

OTHER:For a grand opening, I would really like to do some sort of get together, along with a cookout. I would also really like to offer discounted prices for massages for first time customers, along with discounted prices for customers who return more than once (Have punch cards that the clerks punch out after every visit, 10 stars leading up to 5-10 dollars off their next visit). Another option for a grand reopening would be to do a pageant contest, judging on best lingerie. The winner would be crowned "Queen Bee", given a cash prize, and their photo possibly taken and hung up in the shop. This would be a contest id be willing to do multiple times with different contest ideas if others are able to help think of some ideas. Workers would have the option of wearing regular clothes, but the females are encouraged to wear more revealing outfits.
