BACKSTORY: I came to the 8's just before Kyrsten officially became Owner, although she was doing it before that. Many people know of the 8's and the RP is always good there. She has shown me many things for what she has done for the biz. My plan is to keep going with things K has already put in place and add some more to it. Work up the Thursday event we have now & add another night too. I want the 8's to be a well-known place in DE. It's like when you visit a city, you can see the easy tourist spots or would you rather find the local dive that people go to for a real feel of the city.

UNIQUE: People already know of the 8's and come in because it's not as crowded as Lulu's is at times and also because it's always fun. We warmly welcome people with open arms. Ok sometimes open and warmly, other times you might come in to an oddly interesting RP in progress. Advertising would help get the 8's more visible as well. I would like to work with other businesses to possibly do some cross-promotions.

EXP:I've managed a couple businesses in RL so I know what it can take to do this. I'm not saying I would be the best Owner/Manager, but I know I will do my best for the 8's. I'm organized and like to make sure people are taken care of, which you always want your customers taken care of in your biz.

IDEAS:We have Thirsty Thursdays already and I'd like to see an event on Wednesdays as well. I don't want to do too many more events and tire people out. We also have some other illegal activity, transporting/delivery RP that is active in the 8's. I would like to keep that going and develop it a bit more as well.

OTHER:I know the 8's seem to have been around a while. Many people know of it, but don't really know it. That is what I want to change. I may not have been in DE as long as some, but I have gotten to know many people and still learning more and more about in's and out's to DE. I want the 8's to be fun and great RP for anyone coming in.
