GROUP NAME: Dick's Halfway Inn

BACKGROUND: My character comes from a "rich" family and knows a thing or two about business owning. Being the "innocent" one she is she will constantly hold to the fact that, as long as no one tells her what her Inn is used for she is quite happy. The idea is to get more people who don't have "homes" to use the inn as a place to crash or RP instances such as possible rapes or murders.

UNIQUE: It is hard to get any business in SL to stand out from others. But by doing a block party or small things like that people should take more and more notice of the Inn and recognize it as a great place to enjoy yourself.

EXPERIENCE:I have run about 3 sims (on dif avi's) since I came to SL, more prominant being Hjem Av Ormr which I owned with my mother (RL) for almost half a year before giving her full control and staying on as an Admin/Mod. I have admin and modded both GE and BTB Gor sims so drama is something I am very good at taking care of. This will help me calmly handle ooc situations within my own business and kow how to run it to make it better!

IDEAS:I am on a lot so I plan to meet any new employees head on. Give them rules and get them motivated in helping people come down and enjoy the RP offered by the Inn. This will probably include IC actions of handing out flyers and forcing them to meet new people!

OTHER:I would like to do a huge party where I can involve other business such as Pizza slut and alcohol business where they can set up on the block and "Promote" their own while supporting and being there for the grand opening of the inn!
