Hello fellow Dead Enders! I'm doing a paper in school on the literary uses of text-based paragraph role play, and would like to open a discussion on it here, since I feel DE is one of the highest quality communities on the web.
So, I'd like to ask all of you... What do you get out of role play in this format, particularly as far as language, reading, writing, and communication is concerned, but also in any other ways as well. And what affects on those four has it had in RL as well, if any.
