With advice from many of you that matched some of what I had been considering, I have made changes in the building that houses Club Marcello. I decided to move the club to the second floor, using only about 2/3 of the space. The rest of the space now will house Corleon's Italian restaurant and wine bar. The first floor is being kept nearly empty, as a customizable event space. I am going to be adding new signage to the front of the building which will now be called Sunset Hallows Event Center. There are signs on each of the stairways to lead customers to the business they are desiring to reach, and both can be accessed from the other.

I have decided to make both of these businesses themed rental businesses at 500L per week. I will continue to run the club, with Axel Granger as a manager, until someone comes along and takes it over from me, and Felinda Krell is currently a manager at the restaurant. So both are open for use. I will use the same proposal process as the sim, though the businesses won't be "official" to DE unless you propose through here. I have not decided yet if the event center should be a themed rental as well, though I am considering putting in a roller rink for when there are no events going on.

One of the nice things about these rental businesses is that I am willing to work with you to make it yours and do have some building skill.
