Just to throw in my two cents, as a clerk, if there is any RP with a case don’t forget us! ^_^ We’re supposed to assist judges with variety of tasks, research, draft opinions, prepare trial memoranda and general help the judge while interacting with the attorneys. Plenty of RP opportunity if someone is looking for it.
