I think Lily running Lulu’s is a great idea. You got my support. Lulu’s sitting empty is not good for the sim anyway, and Lily will make a great lead 🙂

PI offices have generally brought forward good RP in my experience and this seems well thought out.

I can see how this could work if done right. If I want to snoop up on someone, I can’t go to DEPD for it. PI though, I would hope so.
