Question: what does a pager script do? I wasn’t thinking of the clinic as being an emergency sort of place. That’s still for the hospital. Or is that something else entirely?

I thought about adding a PT area, maybe the upstairs area? Half could be open with gym equipment, half sectioned into cubicles for passive exercises and therapies…

I doubt it. People coming to the clinic with traumatic injuries or emergency situations (having a stroke, MI, diabetic crisis) would be sent to the ER, just like in real life.

I vote consensual with the caveats that Luccy put in place. It shouldn’t be easy to assault or be assaulted in the hospital. We don’t even have private rooms. You are never alone, although perhaps some broom closets or an abandoned storage room could be added?
