In my opinion, the people that try to be the criminals are usually run off for a variety of IC and OOC reasons that have been brought up time and time again on the forums. Until those things can be addressed, I think you’ll continue to see short bursts of criminals that are soon run off.

I’m in that industry too, Steph. I do get it…that it’s just never going to be something we’re able to completely reign in. I just thought a bit more guidance on a couple key areas would be nice.

Going to rephrase…I don’t think it CAN be answered…because several mods have stepped up and tried to answer, but basically the answer is that it’s still going to be case by case because they don’t want to have a list of rules for people to filter through.

I agree. Having someone managing for a few months, to me, is much better than seeing a building sit useless and empty.
