At the square in front of Lulu’s: many businesses and organizations will offer fun stuff to do, food to eat, drinks to enjoy. Costumes are a must and of course there will be contests. Organized and sponsored by the Pawn Shop, The Daily News, Lulu’s, the Cinema, the DEMH and the Massage Parlor.
