I had proposed to open a studio- initially as an art gallery, but then it changed to art and dance and photography studio-it only got rejected because at the moment there is no available spaces, after a week or so, i am still desperate to rp open this studio and looking out for a shop to get available, when i see the already rented shops are always empty or the 2 themed shops e.g. the headshop are still vacant, so my question is why cant we propose to change the headshop for example? and also if there is any monitoring over other private businesses at all?
