I am going to open up a can of worms on this one I think....BUT

here are some ideas for people wanting to propose a business or faction

DE Cab company- I think we used to have one.
Why? Im tired of fucking walking or NPC drivers; lol they cant drive. The sim's vehicle rule is underused. Not saying to over use it..but a seedy little grimy cab company with a dispatch group sounds like some fun chances for rp.

Urgent Care Clinic- NOT to compete or step on the toes of the hospital. May even work in conjunction with the hospital.

Why? For those of us that actually rp injuries to the fullest and more realistic extent. Cuz it sucks to always rp NPC doc. ((although the DEFD has been stepping up in a major way))

Food Joint-

Why? I dunno..soul food, BBQ...something to give Pizza Slut a little competition. A hang out that solely focuses more on the food aspect rather than the liquor. I know lulu's is a bar and grill. There used to be a sub shop way back when.

Community Service Center-

Why? The minor offenses like all this jaywalking that has been going down..lol. or being without license or identification. Throw them in an orange jumpsuit and make them CLEAN THE CITY, scrape gum off the sidewalks, clean up graffiti..and so on.

Now I could elaborate..but I am just saying. What are some of the businesses you would like to see started in DE. Some people are really good rpers, and may be a little intimidated by the proposal process. Some people need the spark of an idea. Not saying mine are great, but I am just saying that sometimes during an rp I go, 'Oh shit..you know what would be really cool to see.'
