natasha-leckronesaidTasha was born to the streets of Dead End. She never knew who her mother or father were but has heard stories that her mother was a madam of a local brothel who got pregnant by a leader of a violent gang. All she knows is that she was left on the steps of a local hospital with a note pinned to her blanket. The note read, "She is better off anywhere than with me." She grew up living in less than suitable foster homes, being beaten and worked like a farm horse most of her life. Her harsh upbringing taught her to be tough and cold and to never show weakness. When she got old enough to survive on her own she ran away from the system and disappeared into the streets of the Dead End. There she taught herself how to survive on the streets. Survival meant not only learning to defend herself from those who tried to harm her but also to teach herself a way to earn a living. She would watch the whores pimp their bodies out and it disgusted her because of what she believed her mother to be. For this reason there was no way she was going to be a whore, instead she taught herself how to steal. At first it was small things, a wallet here and there, food from the local grocery, clothes from the mall, just things she needed to survive. It did not take long though before she realized that she had a gift. She was never caught stealing and she knew that with practice there was no end to what she could have. As she got older she became an even better thief, so good that when people needed something, anything, they would come to her. For the right price Tasha could get them anything they desired. Whether it be a local gang, the corrupt police, the nasty whores, they all knew that if there was something they needed that they could not get on their own to go to Tasha and she would find a way to get it. She was cunning, smart, and just did not seem the type that most would think a thief to be and for these reasons she was able to perfect the art of thievery. Before long Tasha had anything she desired in life, whether it be by stealing it for herself or by the deals she made with those who owed her, in one way or another she had it all. Everything except knowing who gave her away and this one thing is what kept the monster alive inside her. It kept her raw and it kept her cold to any emotions and it kept the secret of her violent side alive. A violent side that only her victims saw or knew about and she intended to keep it that way. Plain and simple, in more ways than one, Tasha knew how to survive and prosper on the streets of the Dead End; and she used whatever means necessay to do just that! |
