Tara is a southern girl trying to make a new start here at DE. A psychiatrist from a small town, she left abruptly after losing both her job and lover--a schizophrenic patient of hers that developed well beyond the bounds of doctor/patient. Thankfully, with her medical license still in tact, she is in the process of working her way up the ladder at DEMH. Unfortunately, her past is continually haunting her--literally. Seeing her lover Trey's visage everywhere, she feels that she is starting to lose her grip on reality. She has to rebuild her life here at DE somehow, someway, and is willing to do whatever it takes to shake these skeletons from her past.
