Summary of Events:
On Sept. 10th around 10:45 Officer Logan responded to a call from LuLu's that a woman had come in, crying for the police. She was taken to the hospital and treated. The doctors report has been submitted as evidence, (Available on request.) She was found to be sexually assaulted, beaten and drugged. The victim a Miss Nicole Beumont, gave a thorough description of the attacker. Two days later, a man matching the description was spotted, and detained for questioning. Nicole was brought to the station to I.D him during questioning which she did. All detailed notes and reports from professionals involved available on request.
