As the new owner of the Tea House I am going to make some changes in order to make this an attractive place to come to. For past and future employees I have written a letter, explaining our policies. A good friend of mine translates all this from Japanese to English, since my language skills in English are not good enough to be able to write it. Here is the letter I am sending to all employees.

Yheng Chaya

The name of the teahouse is Sticked 'N Stoned, but in practice we will welcome customers to the Yheng Chaya, which means the Teahouse of the Yheng family. Although Ming has left Dead End, I want to keep her family name alive, which is why I want to refer to this Ochaya (teahouse) in such a way. After all, it was Ming who took me in her house when I was lost, adopted me and gave me her family name, which is Yheng and I wear my name Suki Yheng with honor and pride.

In Japan the Ochaya has the Geisha in its center. This is by no means a bordello!! Geisha are artists, capable of playing music, singing, dancing and of course serving tea and sake. Their most distinct services are to keep the honorable guests company and entertain them and helping them smooth business deals. Seduction of the guests is standard practice, but only in the most subtlest of ways and never vulgar. And there is no follow up to this seduction. ((Yes, this is a tease house))
I don't expect to find many women trained as Geisha here in Dead End, so I expect that I will be the only Geisha. I have been trained to become a Geisha all my life, to follow in the footsteps of my mother. I am trained in playing the Shamisen, I can perform Geisha dances and I am trained in the arts of conversation. My handicap of course is my language skills, since my English is still not very well. But so far I've been able to manage.
Tea serving girls will be trained by me in the simplest of ways needed to help the guests in a courteous way befitting a Geisha House.

Our Ochaya is divided into two area, the top and the below area. I will refer to them as upstairs and downstairs.

Upstairs
Here we serve tea and sake, converse with our customers, help them smooth deals, listen and very importantly, keep what we hear a secret. Only the most loyal of customers will ever hear of the secrets we keep, this is very important!
Who are those loyal customers? Those that come frequently and are willing to connect their name and fortune to our house. As owner of the house I will of course be the only one determining that sort of thing and handle the donations made by such patrons. Why is this important? Because it will be these esteemed patrons that will keep our Ochaya alive. All the rest is hardly enough to keep the teahouse running. We don't make any profit on tea, sake or food for example.
Upstairs I will give Geisha performances such as dance, or play the Shamisen. We will also organize parties here such as a bigger dance performance, a karaoke show or a small tearoom concert.
We serve mostly tea upstairs, but when a group of customers comes in we can also serve them sake. Important: people who are alone will not be served sake!
If somebody wants to eat something, we can have a server (pc or npc) run off to the Jade Dragon nearby to go and fetch a plate of Sushi. Or to the Red Herring to fetch cupcakes.
People working upstairs are of course the Tea Servers (serving and conversation), a bouncer (to rid the house of unwanted customers) and the Geisha (that would be me).

Downstairs
While we offer lots of hints to eroticism upstairs, we always keep things subtle. Downstairs is where we take the erotic teasing a step further. The intention is to offer relaxation (and acquire information of course). Massage is at the center of this. Our Bodyworkers offer two kinds of massages: oiled and stones. Oiled massaging is rubbing and kneading a body with oil. The stoned massaging uses heated stones and places those on specified spots of the body to make Chi flow more easily.
The customer will be naked during massaging and the Bodyworker can be naked as well for an extra fee. However, mentioning sexual acts or genitalia is forbidden. Even downstairs eroticism is handled like an art! Sexual intercourse is also strictly forbidden.
If a customer gets too excited, it is possible to offer relaxation for a fee, either by hand or by using the mouth. This also has to be done in the most decent way possible, performing this more like a ritual than a sexual act.
Bodyworkers who are caught actually having sex in the Ochaya with a customer are fired without warning. Customers who have sex with employees in the Ochaya are banned from the teahouse and thrown out on the streets without their clothes.

Payment
Each employee working in the teahouse gets a small fee on a weekly basis. The height of this fee depends on the quality of the services and the hours actually made in the teahouse ((referring to hours on the roster, Sunday is payday)). They also can keep 10% of everything they earn for our teahouse. Tips are considered earnings for the teahouse, falling under the 10% rule. If larger sums are made, bonuses will be handed to the most loyal of employees.

All employees working in the teahouse must share the information obtained from guests with me. ((use notecards for that purpose))

Discretion and subtlety, those are to be the keywords in running this Ochaya!!
