The Court's suggestion for the actions of Melangell Lambert, which stems from a long and colored history of Mrs. Lambert. Evidence of a laundry list of complaints and charges have been leveled against Mrs, Lambert in the last year. It is the suggestion of the court that Mrs, Lambert see a court ordered physiologist with the stipulation that she follows the doctor's orders without hesitation, or she will be subjected to federal prison time of no less than 5 years and fines of no less than 150,000 dollars. If conditions are met and the doctor can give Mrs. Lambert a clear bill of mental health, the courts will withdraw all charges pending on Mrs. Lambert.
