Dead End Police Department Incident Report

Attempted kidnapping, 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and attempted theft

Possible name: Joseph Ubel (Unverified)

Witnesses:
Razial Nightfire, Lani, and others at Lulu's who were gone before they could be questioned.

Bottle of alcohol was attempted to be stolen.

Pocket knife

Summary of Events:
It was reported to this officer that a man in a green suit, speaking with a heavy accent (possibly German) and wearing glasses attempted to steal a bottle of alcohol from Lulu's. One Razial Nightfire attempted to stop the suspect when the suspect grabbed Razial's sister Lani and attempted to flee with her. Razial fought with the suspect in an attempt to stop him further. This is when the suspect drew a pocket knife and stabbed Razial in the leg. At some point, Lani was cut in the neck.

911 was called and Captain Snow, myself, and Officer Carmichael arrived on the scene too late to see or apprehend the suspect. It was determined that the stab wound to Razial's leg was severe and medical assistance was called for. After paramedics arrived, Razial was stabilized and both he and his sister were taken to DEMH.
