This isn't a "real" proposal as it's already been determined a social club, like the one you'll read about below, isn't a business or a faction. That said I think the community discussion of new RP entities is important. So, even though it isn't necessary here is my proposal for a new social club call The Team.

What will this do for the city?:
The purpose of "The Team" is to serve as a pseudo-secretive social club that promotes open sexuality. The Team does not pimp anyone as it is more of a club for over-sexed perverts. We would, however, be exactly the sort of people who would buy sex from prostitutes or be vulnerable to being victims of sex/human trafficking.

Recruitment will be done by providing a full perm pin/brooch to characters; the wearing of which IC'ly indicates that someone is "on the team" which means they are down to fuck. Any member may give the IC pin to anyone, regardless of faction/affiliations. This provides depth to victim role play and a means for lurkers, rapists, and criminals to easily prey upon a herd. The in-world group chat would be assumed as a sort of chat application that can be used to find other group members (similar to dating apps that use GPS). Prostitutes and pimps are more than welcome to infiltrate The Team and use this "app" as an IC means to sell their services.

Our events will focus on all things promoting sex and, ultimately though unspoken, a rape culture. Foam parties so dense faces can't be seen. Eyes Wide Shut style masked orgies. A leaked cell phone phone book exposing teammates to rapists (executed by making a forum post listing members giving consent for assault and their play times). We would also leverage Tira and Xelan's sex services. I could see joint events hosted at Madam T's/The Jade/The Old Mill as well as requesting whores for the various parties and events we would throw. Another tie-in would be AXE Pharmacueticals and Kara's "Cloud 9" drug, which I see as being a dead fit for the drug of choice for "The Team".

Why do you want to run an in-character group in Dead End?:
The hospital opened up inter-staff relationships almost a year ago. Since then, Princess has made it a point to test most new hires tolerance for sexual harassment. She has done this by giving hires a speech about how inept they are, leading to an agreeable statement that "being a team player matters more than individual performance." Of course, being a team player means subjecting oneself to sex acts and harassment. Princess has long been referring to employees who allow this behavior as being "on the team". The secretive "team" has been growing for quite some time now and I feel it would be positive for DE if this very sexualized group began to spread.
