Summary of Events:
The officer was spotted in Lulu's with her baton in the victims anal cavity. In the middle of the bar. She was also seen taking money from the victim and trying to bribe both officers Lei and Manx. (( Video camera shots from Lulu's show the scene from first sodomy to finishing dodge Stun Gun shot that was dodged and night stick shot. Officer Manx then putting her in cuffs and leading her away.))
