Summary of Events:
Upon arriving at the Hedonist, I observed Antonio Genovese, Roxy Niekerk and Nikolai Niekerk standing near the entrance way. I witnessed Roxy Niekerk attacking Antonio Genovese, breaking a bottle over his head and kicking him in the abdomen. The bottle caused a bleeding gash to the back of Mr. Genovese's head. I radioed for backup, and both Officer Haldur and an EMS respondant arrived on the scene. I informed Officer Haldur what the situation was and that we needed to take Mrs. Niekerk into custody; upon hearing that, she bolted past us and fled the scene.
