Lately I have seen a lot of OOC drama rising by players who accuse other players for not rp-ing their job as it should be roleplayed, the remark I heard the most is the one like: "I have extensive RL experience in these things and you clearly don't". Things like this really annoy the crap out of me, we are here to roleplay, roleplaying is a game, not an extension of someone's RL. It doesn't matter how something is played out ICly, playing a game is supposed to be fun and it is of no use playing a game when the fun is clouded by things like this. So I ask you all here, please keep your RL experience out of roleplay, don't swing the RL bat around and let's keep it fun for everyone who is involved. It is not about doing things according to protocols in RL, it is about roleplay. Let's keep it accessible to everyone...
