-entries wrote down in a crimson pen, paper is a dark gold color. Journal is a red leatherbound book with a gold lock on it, orange ribbon book mark, and phoenix emblem on the front. Kit got the book as a gift from her aunt.

Phoenix rises
Sounds funny calling it that, but it kind of fits. Thinking back at everything I have gone through… and I am alive. I rise up no matter what has been thrown my way. After being away for months tending my sick aunt I decided to make my way back. At first I had no intention of returning to the little hell hole I had escaped from, but something called me back. Now I find myself looking for a new job and returning to the one place I felt happy. The paper. This time things will be different, I have rules that I must never break.
1. Swearing off Men/relationships. They lead to my downfall before and caused me way to much heartache. Men can not be trusted and I do not need the distraction.
2. Make as many lives hell as I can. It is about time I stop being such a soft hearted person. Find hard hitting stories and hit the people hard in articles.
3. Revenge. If the ones who crossed me appear again, take whatever shots I can, no matter what way those shots are.
4. Focus- never lose sight of what I am doing. Never turn down a story or angle. Further more never be bribed or threatened by big shot idiots to keep quiet.
5. Mending- if I ever get the chance I have made a lot of mistakes, there are a lot of people I really want to make up with. I miss the ones I left behind all those times, more so I regret getting them involved in my troubles.
For now that is all my rules. For now this is all I have to write. Will add more to this little book later.
