Now my question is, is there a "known" red light district in DE? I seem to be cursed by being in the UK and as such theres a lack of numbers, however im loath to hang around Lulu's too often as there are so many other cool areas to set myself up in. Ive tried hanging out on a few street corners away from the main crowd. But it means theres less "passing trade" so to speak. i think having an area thats know would help generate a few story lines other than the obvious carnal ones.
