With the tornado taking out power in parts of the city, and making the bridges in Dead End harder to cross, the Mamba are going to take it upon themselves to try to hold and mantain part of the city as their own.. Of course, OOCly this is a limited time offer, and the DEPD or rival gangs or any combo of above will be able to make their moves and stuff like that..
There will be a city wide threat of destruction that will keep at the very least the DEPD at bay for a while.. For a while... No, I wont say what it is..

During her time as mayor of Red Light City Lyss plans on having some fun with it, using things like Kangaroo courts, slavery legal, fun and silly laws, public punishments of ill mannered slaves and things like that... I personally would suggest lurkers take their pray to that part of town for the week to have their fun.... Cops wont be able to save them....

The take over of the redlight will also affect the docks, which is still a major part of the city's economy.. Expect possible food shortages (( I mean it's only a week, but you can personally Rp out a shortage on something exotic or weird... )) The sex shops are in town, so expect a shortage on lubes and butt butter.. Things like that.. Nothing OMG WORLD IS GONNA END.. I mean unless you like anal...
