Ramon doesn't like to give out his last name. That is because he father was Luis Teardrop. Luis was one of the most successful vigilantes Dead End has ever known. He was known to the denizens and low lifes of the city as the Teardrop Killer, a moniker bestowed up him because of the teardrop he drew on the faces of his victims. Luis was a hero to some; the ones that knew he only killed bad people. But as his body count rose, and corrupt officials started being killed as well, The police had to step up their efforts to catch him. As do most vigilante's lives, Luis's ended in a hail of bullets. He was raked accross the coals to save the face of the police department and turned into a villian by the media.

Ramon was 12 then. He moved to Perdition to live with an Aunt as his mother was too distraught to care for him properly. He was forced to run for his name and grew up in relative obscurity. He was a start wide reciever and defensive end for the PHS team and was accepted into a small college on a football scholarship. Ramon graduated with a criminal justice degree and even worked for their security department for a time completing their police academy.

Dead End has a way of taking back its own. Just two days ago, Ramon's mother died. Ramon stepped off the bus back into the town he had left almost 20 years ago, knowing he would need to stay for awhile. That night, he met with old friends who consoled him as much as they could. He stopped by the local police station and picked up an application, hoping his experience and degree could get him a job there. Ramon Teardrop could hide from his name no more and hopes to change the fortunes of his family in the city of Dead End.

(RP direction: Ramon is coming from a college police environment so he will be niave. He is in mourning at first but is quite chivalrous, strong and isvery book smart. He played football in college and took martial arts. He has a weakness for a "damsel in distress". I would like him to start out by the book but realize that the only way to get things done in DE is to bend the law. I would like to move him more Dark Blue then (i.e. Vic Mackey) and maybe even take after his father's footsteps much later in his RP life.)

((Feedback is welcome and appreciated. I looks forward to being part of this RP.))
