AnonymoussaidWhile her journal is kept elsewhere and encoded, Flak's desk at the DEPD has bits and pieces of everything she's working on. She also has a ledger she keeps there that includes personal notes in the margins. Though nothing particularly incriminating. Her notebook, this one written in plain English, is tucked into a desk drawer. It's an unassuming thing, just one of those perfectbound notepads that you can pick up for a dime at any corner store. 11/9/11 Investigation into rape vic. hit stone wall. No answers. Locals don't know me, don't trust me. Seems to be a lot of animosity for cops. Folded and taped into the book is a clipping from the Daily regarding Myth Petrovic. Scrawled next to it are the words "Evidence?" and "Hearsay". |
