Nikol is a sweet and naive 19 year old girl from the midwest, brought up in a very conservative, church-going family. Both of her parents are dead, her mother when she was 5 and her father when she was 17. She does not know this yet, but her father killed her mother. Her father also abused her physically and sexually causing her to develop Retrograde Psychogenic Amnesia (As yet unknown to her) allowing her to have no memory of the traumatic events. After graduating high school Nikol decided she wanted to be a doctor and enrolled in local college to work on prerequisites for transfer to medical school. Her boyfriend (since high school) gambled away all of her inheritance money, and she has now had to drop out of her sophomore year of college, abandoning her dream of being a doctor.

Dead end:
Now she has come to the big city to try and earn a living. Shy and quiet most of the time, she tries to hide in the crowd. She is very loyal however, with a fiery temper that along with her insatiable curiosity, gets her into trouble often. She has made a few friends and works two jobs to make ends meet.
