SUMMARY
Responding to a call at the Rough House, Thorton, Alsop and Smythe arrived on the scene to see Nia with bat in hand. Asked ot drop it, the woman was warned repeatedly. Cleo and Anna came out of the bar as Nia said \" Taze me\" as she swung the bat. Bat hitting Cleo which sent the woman into a rage. Nia went down, Cleo went crazy, trying to attack Thorton. After being tazed herself and having takin some pretty serious hits Cleo was finally subdued and taken to DEHM. Nia was booked into jail. It was noted that Cleo seemed to be experiencing some mental issue, assumes the DEHM staff will do a evaluation on her
