Summary of Events:
Dispatch received a call from Kahlen Vaniva, Kahlen made contact with alleged missing person last night via phone and expressed concern to the dispatcher for her safety. She said that she was at the mansion of Bill Van Horn. She was sharing some information with Kahlen who claims that her voice was 'off' and she sounded upset. Victim has reportedly not been answering her phone since.
